Minister's response to several new gas furnaces triggers great frustration

In 2024, 400 more gas furnaces were installed than the year before. Lars Aagaard once again highlights "green gas" as part of the solution, which creates frustration and concern from the business community

In 2024, the number of installed gas furnaces ended at 4,200.

This is reported by DR based on an access to documents request from the Danish Safety Technology Authority.

However, this does not lead Lars Aagaard, the Minister for Climate, Energy, and Utilities (M), to conclude that it is urgent to set a requested end date for gas for space heating.
