Waste-to-energy company appeals against the Danish Energy Agency's decision

The heightened documentation demands placed on biomass have led to the issuance of an injunction and a police report. Currently, ARC is contesting the injunction before the Energy Appeals Board

The Danish Energy Agency has recently filed a police report against the waste-to-energy company ARC for failing to meet new sustainability requirements. In the same move, ARC received an injunction to comply with the documentation requirements for the use of biomass.

ARC has now appealed this injunction to the Energy Board of Appeal.
