A key role where you kan make a difference
As our Strategy Specialist, you will get the unique opportunity to work together with management and drive and implement strategies that make a difference.
You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our overall corporate strategy, strategic company presentations, and information memorandums. You will drive progress on critical strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives, while analyzing market trends, monitoring competitors, identifying M&A targets, and capturing customer insights.
You will act as a driving force in shaping and implementing business plans and go-to-market strategies across our diverse business units and sub-brands.
The position will be anchored at our Fredericia office, where you will report directly to the CSO and work closely with the executive management team.
Primary responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Lead strategic projects and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Facilitate strategy sessions with line management.
- Monitor and adjust strategic plans for optimal impact
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Support M&A processes, from target identification to integration
- Refine and update the company’s overall strategy
Skills, abilities and knowledge:
- Proven track record in strategic planning and management
- Experience in a similar role or from a strategy/M&A consulting firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Expertise in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI prompting
