Gas boilers are to be phased out of Danish homes, but continue to be installed on a large scale. In fact, the number of installed gas boilers remains stable at around 4,000 units annually.
This is shown by figures from the Danish Safety Technology Authority (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen), to which Energy Supply has been granted access.
