Heating plant in a race against time: has 24 days to find 2.5 million

The Danish Utility Regulator rejects Snedsted Heating Plant's request to defer debt to customers. Repayment must begin within this year

24 days. 

That's the amount of time Snedsted Heating Plant has been given by the Danish Utility Regulator to start the process of refunding the 7.7 million DKK that the heating company must return to its customers.

In January, the Danish Utility Regulator assessed that the company, along with six other utilities, was not allowed to include losses from speculation in electricity prices in their heating prices.
