Ørsted board appoints new chairman and vice chairman

The board wishes to appoint Lene Skole as the new chairman of Ørsted, succeeding Thomas Thune Andersen

The board of Ørsted recommends Lundbeck Foundation's CEO, Lene Skole, as the new chairman. Additionally, the board also nominates a new vice chairman.
