Section II: Object
Dialogue about requirements for a new compressor station at Zealand for the Baltic Pipe project.
The Baltic Pipe project is connecting the Norwegian gas transmission system with the Danish transmission system via a sub-sea pipeline in the North Sea and connecting the Danish transmission system with the Polish transmission systems via a sub-sea pipeline in the Baltic Sea in order to facilitate the gas supply to Poland. One of the main components for the Baltic Pipe Project is a new compressor station on Zealand that will pressurize the gas before the sub-sea pipeline to Poland. Energinet intends to hold initial market consultations with relevant suppliers of centrifugal gas compressor units starting in week 38, in order to properly prepare for the coming tender and to get relevant market insights.
The centrifugal compressor units shall be dimensioned to a gas flow of 1.15 mn3/hr, deliver a discharge pressure of 111 bar and a suction pressure of 46 bar.
The scope of supply for the compressors may consist of, but not limited to:
— Regulation of speed motor associated with variable frequency driver,
— Speed increasing gear,
— Lubrication system,
— Seal system,
— Anti-surge system,
— Anti-surge valve,
— Process gas cooler,
— Control system /UCS/,
— Fire detection and fire-fighting system /FD&PS/,
— Gas detection system /GDS/.
The market consultations will be conducted as individual meetings of a duration of approximately 4 hours, at the suppliers' locations. Prior to the meetings Energinet will forward an agenda with discussion topics and relevant technical data to enable the selected suppliers to make preparations and to set a relevant team for and open dialogue and discussions of primarily technical issues.
Submission deadline of application to participate in market consultations and supply of references for prior relevant deliveries via EU-Supply: 13.9.2017 at 12:00 CET. Energinet reserves the right to limit selection of representative suppliers to 5-7. Contact to selected applic. in week 37 (meeting details) but applicants should already make reservations for possible meeting in week 38.
