As our future HR TA Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated partner in our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with TA-related administrative and project-related tasks.

Your responsibilities:

  • Source new candidates through various channels
  • Plan interviews and coordinate progress
  • Hosting or participating in career events
  • Create job ads
  • Review CV database input and ensure professional and fulfilling data
  • Conduct phone screening and monitor candidates throughout the interview process
  • Completing projects and tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition team members
  • Conducting candidate searches and reviewing applicants through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Job index, Job fairs, etc.
  • Update Master data and support ad hoc where needed.
  • Maintain/update onboarding material and guides for the Intern that follows you.

Your profile
We imagine you are studying at BA or Master level; HR, Communication, Psychology, International Business, or similar.
