II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The Port of Hanstholm intends to conclude a 10-year concession contract relating to the operation of the oil tank facility in the port and sale of oil for maritime use.

Two main activities will be covered by the concession contract:

1) To operate and maintain the tank facility, including tank lines, oil wells, technical installations and office container. The Port of Hanstholm retains ownership of the tank facility.

2) To sell oil at the port. The operator will not be granted an exclusive right to trade in oil at the port.
