A framework agreement was entered into by Eksport Kredit Fonden, The Danish Export Credit Agency (EKF) for the provision of advice and strategic assistance on environmental and social sustainability issues, including in particular the following:
1) Environmental and Social Due diligence Review to establish if EKF conducts its business in accordance with EKF's CSR and environmental policies, including i.a. The OECD Recommendation on Common Approaches on the Environment and Officially Supported Export Credits, The Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards and — if relevant — the Danish rules on animal welfare.
2) Monitoring of and follow up on EKF's projects.
3) Training and workshops for employees for the purpose of providing EKF with the expertise needed.
4) Small ad-hoc tasks relating to environmental and social sustainability advice, including also identification of relevant regulations in connection with project planning.
As an optional service under the framework agreement, EKF also invited tenders for support services in connection with the preparation of an annual CSR report based on the principles of the Global Reporting Initiative.
The framework agreement was awarded to one supplier and took effect as from 15.11.2015.

VI.3.2) Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Lodging of appeals is regulated in the Danish Enforcement Act (act no. 492 of 12 May 2010 with later amendments). Appeals regarding non-prequalification must be lodged with the Public Contracts Appeals Board within 20 days counting from the day after the contracting authority's notification of prequalification, cf. section 7, subsection 1 of the Enforcement Act. Appeals in relation to a framework agreement must be lodged with the Public Contracts Appeals Board within 6 months after the conclusion of the agreement. The time-limit is counted from the day after which the contracting authority has given notification to applicants and tenderers, cf. section 7, subsection 2, no. 3 of the Enforcement Act.
