The Framework Agreement can be expanded 2 times with 20 percent of the value of the Framework Agreement as stated in the tender notice, in cases where the circumstances for the scope of the Framework Agreement have changed from the time of the conclusion of the tender, cf. Framework Agree-ment sub-section 8.2.
