The position as Sales Manager at ENABL offers a challenging opportunity to be a part of a highly passionate team in a global company, industry-leading in solutions for the renewable energy sector. You will be working with stakeholders across the entire value chain both externally with our customers as well as internally in ENABL.

In ENABL, we have a matrix organization with three divisions: Consulting, Equipment, and Service supported by Global Sales & Marketing, Tender & Contracts, HR, and Finance. Our strategy is focused on 4 strategic pillars: Customer in Focus, World Class Execution, Win with Expertise, and One Culture.

In the Global Sales & Marketing team, we perform as “One ENABL” by delivering on the same overall target instead of individual KPIs. In addition to this, we perform “Umbrella Sales,” focusing our sales across all divisions.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our global sales pipeline. Your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to our sales goals. This is achieved by contributing to sales primarily in the Consulting division.

Our customers include market leaders, and we take pride in taking part in a world powered by 100% renewables, which also is reflected in our company purpose, namely to be the partner of choice ENABLing the green transition.

Your responsibilities
We are in a fast-growing and global business, why rapid change and adoption of core sales technologies using CRM, PowerBi, and following Integrated Management System (IMS) is a daily part of the execution. Utilize your network to boost our sales pipeline.

Focus efforts across the renewable energy sector, with a special dedication to the wind industry targeting Developers, OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.It is expected that most of your time is focused on bridging/penetrating new sales potentials and increasing the number of new customers.

Deliver solutions that solve the clients’ “pains” and are in line with their overall strategies, enabling them to focus on core business by outsourcing non-core activities.

Build relations and secure long-term contracts/business offerings with our global customers.

Collaborate with peers and functional stakeholders to guide, shape, and enforce learning to improve daily operations.

Support ENABL values in daily operation: Responsibility – Quality – Persistence – Innovation – Alliances.

Your qualifications will include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.

Experience within a commercial and/or technical area. Commodity team involvement is preferred. Extensive understanding of the value chain in the wind industry and the new product development process. Solid understanding of the main components in a wind turbine is clearly an advantage, but not a must.

Knowledge of the different manufacturing and assembly processes required for the production of the main components in a wind turbine is clearly an advantage, but not a must.

Comprehensive understanding of the different transport, installation, and maintenance equipment used to handle components of a wind turbine is clearly an advantage, but not a must.

Experience from a role with senior management attention with access up to VP level. You have shown the ability to build strong personal relations and can also demonstrate how this was used proactively to ensure support and open doors to important stakeholders outside your personal network.

Preferably, you have commercial responsibility and personal experience selling to clients in the renewable sector.

However, candidates with the right network, mindset, and industry experience could also qualify. Having good interpersonal and negotiation skills is a big advantage, along with knowledge of matrix organizations.

You enjoy presenting products/solutions, understanding customer needs, and conveying the best match of a solution to create solid and long-lasting partnerships. You have an analytical approach and see the value of making data-driven decisions. You have comprehensive planning skills and is systematically funded and structured. Strong English verbal and written communication skills is a must!
