The job

As Quality Process and Documentation Lead, you will be part of a professional team with qualified colleagues. You will be working within our Engineering departments, and you will be accountable for ENABL delivering a complete documentation package in the right quality along with our equipment. You will lead and develop a global team of documentation specialists. This is a new role, and you are offered the opportunity to impact the development of the role. Your areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing documentation processes.
  • Developing tools for managing and controlling documentation.
  • Facilitating and securing Risk Assessments (RA) and FMEA iterativly through the projects. 
  • Being able to tailor a documentation package in relation to legislation and what has been sold.
  • Responsible for task management (break down, delegation, follow-up) for global documentation specialists.
  • Ensuring resource management of global documentation specialists, including specifying time estimates for the task solution as well as ensuring correct staffing of projects according to competencies.
  • Verifying and assuring the quality of the work of documentation specialists. 
  • Supporting project teams in preparing gate material and ensuring compliance with deadlines. 
  • Proactively collaborating with Tech Leads and Project Managers 
  • Challenging customers (through PM) if necessary.

We envisage that you hold a technical degree combined with experience within project management and documentation. Experience with CE labelling and legislation related to heavy lifting is preferred.

With your profile, structure and working systematically is important to you – but you still have a creative mind and are brilliant at getting new ideas and understanding how to convert your ideas into sustainable solutions that work in the real world. You will be part of a global team hence it´s a benefit if you have experience working with employees of different nationalities and cultures.
