The position 

The Tender Manager at ENABL A/S plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by creating compelling proposals for our automation equipment solutions within the wind industry. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, commercial insight, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals that meet the unique needs of our clients, helping us secure new contracts and partnerships.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will be a mix of: 

Proposal Development:

  • Understand client requirements and project specifications related to automation equipment for nacelles, blades, towers, and monopile production.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and other teams to gather essential technical information for proposal creation.
  • Develop detailed proposals that outline the scope of work, cost estimates, project timelines, and technical solutions.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure tenders are aligned with ENABL A/S capabilities and standards.
  • Monitor the progress of multiple tenders and ensure they are submitted within deadlines.
  • Manage tender revisions, version control, and updates in response to client feedback.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments to target.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal phase, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Present proposals to clients in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.

Budget and Cost Analysis:

  • Work with the cross functional team to ensure accurate cost estimation and pricing strategies that align with the company’s profitability goals.

Management Reviews:

  • Prepare and facilitate efficient management reviews of the proposal before it’s shared with clients.

Your profile  

You understand processes and take a process-oriented approach to your work. You see the big picture without losing the sense of detail. You are thorough and persistent and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in proposal management, preferably in the wind industry or related technical sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of wind industry automation equipment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in proposal software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
