HR Communication Internship

As our future HR Communication Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated partner in our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with communication-related administrative and project-related tasks.
The position reports to the GHRD, with day-to-day guidance from the HR Partner.
The HR Communication Internship lasts 3-12 months, depending on the candidate's availability. We are flexible regarding the start date. The workplace will be either Hedensted or Århus.
Responsibilities:
- Create HR content for LinkedIn in close cooperation with Marketing
- Along with the HR TA Intern, continuously improve our job ads and job postings
- Participate in training material creating and e-learning recordings
- Coordinate and host our internal social networks: Social Slice and Intern program
- Proof-read material (English) – ex handbooks, info mails etc.
- Maintain and develop Instagram/Facebook site concerning Intern and Student collaboration and promoting becoming part of our team
- Maintain Teams groups with content and reminders
- Update HR SharePoint site for internal promotion of HR initiatives
- Update Master data and support ad hoc where needed.
- Maintain/update onboarding material and guides for the Intern that follows you.
We imagine you are studying at BA or Master level; English, Communication, Marketing, HR, Social media, or similar.
