You will become a permanent part of ENABL’s management team of specialists who are skilled in all parts of PtX. Your team in ENABL Consulting & Outsourcing are working either on the customer's projects onsite, from one of our offices, or on our own internal development projects.

Design of Green Hydrogen production plants
As Engineering Manager, you will build and lead a team of engineers and technical designers and have the technical responsibility of building electrolysers and hydrogen fueling stations.
You will have a team of PtX engineers, which you will grow significantly within a short period of time.
Your responsibility includes:
- Leadership of the engineering team in Power-to-X
- Development of engineering competences
- Management of resources and tasks
- Development of efficient processes in the department
- Development of the PtX business area in ENABL in corporation with relevant parties
Technical Background and experience with managing engineers
You have a relevant background and engineering experience within large process equipment from eg. oil/gas, pharma, chemical, HVAC or similar.
Preferebly you have experience with ATEX-Gas
You have a technical education at engineering level, and you bring experience in managing a team of engineers, dealing with complex technical projects. You have project management experience within large turnkey projects.
We imagine you are analytical and detail-oriented, but still able to work in a busy environment with a lot of interfaces. You thrive in an international multi-cultural company with high growth ambitions. You are outgoing and a strong communicator with excellent English skills.
You have great interpersonal skills and enjoy cooperating with different peers within the ENABL organization.
