Visionary Vice President, Projects with full PnL ownership of the ENABL, Equipment Division

In this role, you can become part of the ENABL Leadership team and set the direction not only for the Equipment division but for the Company. You will run a division, which is a Global front-runner, and set the standard within Heavy duty and Production equipment for the windmill industry. Our future VP will have a strategic, and analytical mindset enabling her/him to define and operationalize the future of ENABL´s Equipment division. Furthermore, she/he possesses a proactive, energetic, and outgoing attitude. Has indebt knowledge of project life cycles, solid technical understanding, and a commercial mindset. The VP role
You will report to our newly appointed CEO, Søren Kvorning, and be part of the ENABL Leadership Team (ELT). The Equipment division currently has a total of 150 employees in the direct reporting line in Denmark and the US.
The division was established in June 2022 as a separate unit and delivers turnkey projects globally. It has highly competent managers and employees, all willing to go the extra mile to succeed. The division has huge growth potential, and the numbers, sizes, and complexity of projects are increasing. The first priority for our new VP will therefore be to utilize this potential and ensure a scalable organization and an optimal structure, which support a highly effective value stream and prepare for the future.
You excel in project scoping and delivery, contingency plans activation, and ensuring project success, while simultaneously navigating in a matrix organization and gathering critical knowledge and insight from different stakeholders. Hence participation and arranging various stakeholder workshops and dialogues across all functions, regions, and management levels is key.
The role will amongst others include
- Set the strategic direction for Division Equipment
- Overseeing the performance of the Division
- Work closely with the rest of the ENABL Leadership team, on a broad array of projects and day-to-day Division activities.
- Coordination of projects and initiatives developing the overall Equipment business as well as ELT aligned synergy projects
- Overseeing the production of regular reports and ad hoc analysis, which provides transparency to cost and performance
- Identify the need for new standards, reports, and accountability and oversee efforts to develop recommendations and plans to enhance cost and profit transparency internally
- Identify and make recommendations to management regarding the areas of concern and actions required to meet financial commitments. Oversee that the actions agreed upon are dealt with and closed as agreed. In short, run the Division as if it was your own business.

Your profile
Possess international management experience and is used to managing managers. This also means, that delegating, mentoring, setting direction, and bridging between departments will be well-known focus areas for you.
Enjoy having a busy workday, with many simultaneous tasks, and you show timely care and make independent decisions or delegate to your team.
You possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to form mutual relationships at all levels. You are proficient working in a matrix environment and can navigate confidently within different functions and at all levels.
Equally important, you can support your management team and help them analyze complex data, find the route case, build through the project, and if needed elevate the project to the necessary level.
A structured, analytic, and commercial mindset with an ability to interpret needs, articulate ideas clearly, and prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders while seeing the bigger picture to successfully deliver projects according to time and deliverables is important.
Lastly, you hold a Degree in Engineering or Business. On top of this, you have extensive experience in project management and perhaps automation. Your current role will be at the functional Director, VP, or Product Management level.
