BioCirc has once again exceeded the limit for how much biomass the company is allowed to receive at its facilities.

This time the issue concerns the Haderslev Biogas plant, where the company, according to the municipality, received up to 436,000 tons of biomass in 2023 — more than twice the permitted 200,000 tons.
