Green Hydrogen Systems enters reconstruction after failed rescue plan

Despite previous attempts to raise capital, the electrolysis manufacturer is now throwing in the towel

Green Hydrogen Systems has given up the fight.

On March 10, the company filed for reconstruction with the bankruptcy court.

The company announced this in a press release

– Since the fall of 2024, Green Hydrogen Systems has been working on a restructuring plan to secure its future, but despite progress, it has not been possible to raise the necessary capital. Therefore, the board finds it necessary to seek reconstruction in the bankruptcy court, said Chairman of the Board Thomas Broe-Andersen in the statement.
