Monday marked the end of the third quarter, and normally this means a steady stream of orders at Vestas.
However, this time there were only four smaller orders totaling 154 MW and a somewhat larger order, but a conditional one at that. It concerns a 1.1 GW large offshore wind farm project.
- Inch Cape (the mentioned offshore wind project, ed.) will have a significant impact on the sustainable energy future of the United Kingdom, and we are proud to lead this transition, says Nils de Baar, President of Vestas Northern & Central Europe, in a press release.
