The Danish company Dall Energy has acquired the French biomass technology company Weiss France Énergie and its subsidiary Biomasse Services et Maintenance (BSM).

Together, we will be able to deliver even better solutions to the country's district heating companies and process industry, says Dall Energy's CEO, Jens Bentzen, in a press release.
