Danish boiler supplier sold for over half a billion

The company Babcock & Wilcox Renewable Service in Holsted has just been sold.

The new owner is Hitachi Zosen Inova AG (HZI) based in Switzerland.

- The sale aligns with our announced intentions to sell parts of our business that are not related to our core business and where the revenues can be used to reduce our debt and strengthen our liquidity, states Kenneth Young, CEO at B&W in a press release.
